"A Sunday afternoon clue is due, so why make now do. One a no, one not know, and one can make it so. A simple rhyme for all you three, all by itself not so easy. Enjoy for now, one never knows the time of day the next clue shows. I won't say more while in the parking lot, since the car is getting hot..."

Clues to My Mom and My Sister
To my mom:
"An obscure note, just for you. 9765 just sits there, meaning may not be clear at first, two clues in one, maybe make it three..."
To my sister:
"A clue, a clue, just sent to you - you may want to share if you dare. You will be here, yes my dear, but you may not be near, I hope that's clear. The miles fly by, as do the days, a whirlwind time, with words of plays. All for now, the fish do swim, think of this on a whim..."
And then I texted him asking if I needed a passport. He responds:
"Well, isn't THAT an interesting question - in due time, you will know - for RIGHT NOW you are set to go..."

2nd Clue
Saturday April 14th, 4:02 pm:
"So 21 is kind of cool, three years down you've been in school. Time to go and have some fun - a clue to you, at least this one. August can be a little hot, inside, outside and in this spot. Good luck with this, Mom and Kyra too, we'll see if you can guess, though I think not."

1st Clue

"Clues may come at any time, to one, to two or even three. Each clue will have a different part, they well might rhyme, but maybe not. Timing will all depend, there are 24 hours in a day to send. Smile and always be aware, you will like what's in store, if you dare. All for now, my words are done, be all ready for some fun..."

The Beginning....
On Friday, April 13th, 3:16 pm I receive this:
"So, be certain not to plan anything the first weekend in August Friday 8/3 through Monday, 8/6." [Side note, the family I work for is letting me take a few days off, and it corresponds with both Friday and Monday]
I then reply asking what is it, since I was planning on having my 21st birthday part that weekend. At 3:40 pm, my dad sends this:
"It will be a surprise - think of it as a Dad's gift to you (turning 21), Kyra (getting married), and Mom (because without her there's no you) - you will not be home - more details to follow - one last opportunity for a girls weekend - and, hopefully the start of something the three of you do every year (not the same trip, but the same idea)..."
Now I am intrigued by my Dad's cryptic messages... Then, at 4:44 pm, he sends this:
"You have plans starting on Friday, August 3rd at 8:00 AM until Monday, August 6th at 7:00 PM. Details to follow as time passes. Love, me."

Well, this is awkward...
So I know I have not posted in a while. School, work, life has been crazy. And I am attempting to write a research paper now, so ergo, I am on here. =)
I did wish I wrote about THON back in February, but I do believe I am going to wait till I am home for the summer. I have way too much on my plate, and I do not want to rush it. And as for the book posts - I lost interest. So I stopped. It also was an awkward time, with family vacations and such. Then time slipped away. And once time slips away, I can never get it back.
My next few entries will be unique. I have a riddle, and I don't know what to make of it quite yet. So I will post my clues, and hopefully find some answers.
